Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 July 2026

Morfa ("we", "the app") is a personal budgeting app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights. We designed Morfa to keep your financial data private: it is tied to your account, never sold, and never used for advertising.

Data we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, device identifiers for tracking, or usage analytics for advertising. Morfa contains no third-party ad or tracking SDKs.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the app's features — to store and show your budgets, income, goals and insights on your devices. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in our backend (Supabase / PostgreSQL) and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is protected by row-level security so that each account can only read and write its own data. Photos are kept in private storage accessible only to you via short-lived signed links.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your profile, transactions, income, categories, goals and uploaded photos and cannot be undone.

Your rights

You can access and edit your data in the app, export it (CSV / JSON from the Profile screen), and delete it as described above. If you are in a region with data-protection laws (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may also contact us to exercise your rights.

Children

Morfa is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
